PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

TWI NextLevel™BRAND – SPRAY-PREP™ is a high-build, interior primer/surfacer designed for new gypsum wallboard.

It provides a smooth, even coat, minimizing minor surface imperfections while balancing the porosity and texture differences between gypsum board and joint compound.

This ensures a uniform surface for superior paint adhesion and finish coat application.

Surface Preparation

All surfaces must be sound, dry, clean, and free from contaminants such as dirt, dust, grease, mildew, nicotine, and
concrete release agents. Glossy surfaces should be dulled, and any metal components must be primed with a rust-inhibiting primer.


For best results

New Concrete: Allow a minimum of 60 days for curing before application.

Interior Concrete Surfaces: Use TWI NextLevel™BRAND – SPRAY-PREP or a setting-type joint compound for filling and leveling.

Gypsum Board: Finish joints, fasteners, and corner beads using TWI NextLevel™BRAND – All-Purpose Joint Compound,
following the Gypsum Association’s Recommended Levels of Finish for Gypsum Board (GA-214/ASTM C840).

Ensure all surfaces are completely dry before applying SPRAY-PREP™.
